Prylo implements AI-assisted systems and automation workflows as part of its consulting services. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy and reliability, all AI-driven outputs and automations are provided “as is” and without warranty. You are responsible for verifying the suitability and correctness of any AI-generated information or workflow before use in production environments.
Our systems may integrate with third-party platforms such as GoHighLevel, Render, Smartlead, n8n, Google Workspace, and others. These third parties operate independently, and Prylo is not responsible for their privacy practices, availability, or performance. Use of these services is subject to their own respective terms and policies.
If you purchase services from Prylo, payment terms will be outlined in your project proposal or service agreement. All fees are due in accordance with the agreed schedule and are non-refundable once services are initiated, unless otherwise stated in writing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prylo Automation Inc., its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, automations, or any provided materials. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
The Site and all services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Prylo makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation, accuracy, or reliability of the Site or services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Site or services at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that we determine may harm Prylo, our clients, or others.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in British Columbia, Canada.
